Tax-payers hit over bungled assessment of BHP’s rehabilitation plan for Daunia
The Queensland Department of Environment (QDOE) will pick up BHP’s legal costs following a bungled assessment of BHP’s Progressive Rehabilitation and Closure Plan (PRC plan) for the Daunia mine.
According to the Chief Executive of the QDOE, BHP’s PRC was not properly made.
